Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Abyssinica Coffee Roasters! We take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee to your doorstep. Below are the details of our shipping process, delivery times, and return policies.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within all provinces of Canada. If your location is outside of Canada, please contact us at support@abyssinicacoffee.com for potential arrangements.

2. Processing Time

All coffee is roasted to order for maximum freshness, with small batches roasted 1–2 days each week.

Standard Orders (One-Time Purchases)

  • Orders placed before 12 PM MST on Tuesday are shipped on Wednesday of the same week.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day and shipped the following Wednesday.

Subscription Orders (Every 2, 4, or 6 Weeks)

  • All subscription orders start on the first Wednesday of each month.
  • Subsequent shipments are sent Wednesdays at noon MST, based on the selected delivery frequency.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3–9 business days) – Canada only
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Canada only

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $65 within Canada
  • Expedited Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you don’t see updates within 48 hours, please contact us at support@abyssinicacoffee.com.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your coffee arrives damaged, email photos to support@abyssinicacoffee.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost packages will be investigated after 10 business days from the expected delivery date.

7. Returns & Refunds

Since coffee is a perishable item, we do not accept returns.
However, if you received the wrong item or your package was damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
